• Successful representation of a specialized Energy Private Equity Investment Company in a dispute with an International Gas Equipment OEM

• Representing a minority shareholder in a tortious suit of negligence and unlawful means conspiracy against a court appointed provisional liquidator in its unlawful conspiracy with the directors of the company in selling off the entire assets of the company in breach of the company’s constitutive documents.
