Background
Her journey in the practice of law commenced with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Afe Babalola University, where she graduated in 2021. She Subsequently earned her Barrister at Law (B.L.) degree from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, in 2022. Since joining SimmonsCooper Partners in January 2023, Judith has since exhibited promising legal talent and an eagerness to take on challenges.

• Represented a Private Equity majority shareholder in a shareholder Members direct action suit seeking to restrain certain shareholders from disposing of their shares in non – compliance with the Shareholders’ Agreement.

• Represented a specialized Energy Private Equity Investment Company in a dispute with an International Gas Equipment OEM relating to gas equipment shipped which do not conform with the terms of the Letter of Credit and Proforma Invoice.
