With over 23 years in the legal profession, Funmilola specializes in family and wealth management, estate planning, and living trust, catering to diverse sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, finance, aviation, and energy.

Background
Funmilola graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Ilorin, Kwara, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2000. She obtained an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Newcastle, UK. She joined SimmonsCooper Partners in 2008 and was appointed as the Deputy Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the firm in November 2022. She leads the Growth team that encompasses Family & Wealth Management and SMEs & Aggregated Services practice areas.
