• Led advisory services for Gas Aggregation Company Nigeria (GACN), developing and reviewing key transactional and network templates, including gas supply agreements, escrow arrangements, and aggregation rules.

• Provided strategic counsel to major financial entities on exiting and divesting from the Ibom Power Project.

• Successfully represented Kano State and the Federal Government in a high-profile case against Pfizer Inc., securing a $75 Million settlement.

• Advised a Venture Capital Company on the negotiation of a $17.5 million loan facility.

• Advised the Osun State Government on implementing public-private partnership (PPP) and limited liability partnership (LLP) policies and laws, and on the concession of statewide beef chain and abattoir projects.
