How can we ensure justice is seen to be done? We get involved!

At SCP we see it as a universal obligation of all lawyers to uphold this right, which crosses all borders and jurisdictions.

SCP provides pro bono legal services to underserved and disadvantaged individuals and to a variety of nonprofit and public service organizations.

We focus our access to justice efforts through local and international pro bono activities, ranging from representing financially needy prisoners, to providing advocacy at tribunals and the use of our office facilities to charities.

We do this because justice is something our people care passionately about. For many of our people, it’s what drew them to a career in law. As lawyers we share an ethical compulsion to see that justice is not only done, but seen to be done.
