Bashiru’s areas of practice include Election Petitions, Revenue Law & Taxation, Investment & Security Law, Company Law, Management and Business Law, Property & Construction Law, Admiralty & Maritime Law and Private & Public International Law. A compulsive researcher, Bashir is an active member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. His practical approach to legal reasoning and research has been pivotal in key areas of the firm’s practice. He always brings to bear a sound knowledge of conceptual and procedural matters.
In his undergraduate days, Bashiru was best in Company Law, Revenue Law & Taxation, Private & Property Law and Business & Corporate Affairs Law. He continued this scholarship at post-graduate level at the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Nigerian Certificate in Education in Economics and Social Studies and is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
