Ayodeji’s professional interests are in corporate law practice and commercial litigation. He is highly motivated and is keen in developing innovative approaches to resolving clients’ problems. He has been involved in conducting research and developing case strategies in various commercial law claims including Banking, Margin Finance and Capital Markets claims. Recent engagements include:

·        Participation in the representation of a multi-national finance corporation in a complex bankruptcy proceeding.

·        Participation in the defence of a leading oil servicing firm in claims arising from some botched joint ventures arrangements.

·        Providing team support in representing a foreign holding in a series of matters involving its local subsidiaries in Nigeria
